Recovery House selects specialist recovery and wellness equipment from established manufacturers and authorised supply channels. Warranty, return and cancellation terms can vary by brand and product, so the relevant position is made clear before fulfilment.

Manufacturer warranty

Confirmed warranty information is shown on the relevant product page where available. Claims are handled in line with the manufacturer or authorised distributor terms applicable to that product.

Returns

Unused standard products may be eligible for return subject to the applicable terms and your statutory rights. Products that have been opened, used, installed, configured, made to order or supplied as part of a commercial project may be subject to different conditions.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel, contact Recovery House as early as possible. Orders that have entered specialist manufacture, supplier fulfilment, installation planning or dispatch may incur costs or may no longer be cancellable.
