Before You Order

Considered preparation. Clear expectations.

The right equipment should fit your space, your routine and the practical requirements of your property. Before you order, Recovery House helps confirm the model, current availability, access, delivery arrangements and any optional installation scope.

A single product enquiry is welcome. You do not need to commission a complete wellness room.

Plan the space before ordering

  • Measure the installation area. Allow for the full footprint, roof overhang, height, door movement and space needed for assembly or servicing. Product dimensions are not the same as the minimum installation area.
  • Check the delivery route. Measure gates, paths, steps and tight corners, and tell us about parking restrictions. Relevant photographs or video may be needed to assess installation readiness.
  • Prepare the base. Use a stable, level base suited to the equipment and its operating load. Outdoor equipment should be clear of standing water, with suitable drainage.
  • Plan the electrics. Agree electrical requirements before preparing the site. A qualified electrician should specify and carry out fixed electrical work using the wiring information for the supplied model.
  • Confirm the scope. Delivery, assembly, commissioning, base construction and final electrical connection are different tasks. Confirm what is included in your quotation before ordering.

SaunaPlunge model preparation

These summaries help with early planning. Final preparation must follow the requirements for the equipment actually supplied. Approximate product weights do not include occupants or, for a plunge, its water load.

Dales Glow 2-person indoor infrared sauna

  • 120cm wide × 105cm deep × 190cm high.
  • Approximate assembled weight: 120kg.
  • Indoor use only, on a level surface, with at least 10cm ventilation clearance around the cabin.

  • Compact capacity: one person comfortably, or two smaller people.
  • 120cm wide × 110cm deep × 200cm high, with an additional 10cm roof overhang on each side.
  • 4.5kW heater. The published model specification calls for a dedicated 20A hard-wired supply installed by a qualified electrician. It cannot use a standard outdoor socket.
  • Choose a solid, level, well-drained base. Keep the cabin clear of standing water and preserve airflow beneath it.
  • Clean the interior gently and follow the model-specific timber-care instructions.

Bronte Traditional 6-person outdoor cabin

  • Capacity: up to six people.

  • 6kW heater with a dedicated hard-wired circuit, specified and installed by a qualified electrician.
  • Allow for the roof, door movement and installation access when planning a solid, level, well-drained base.

Yorkshire Cabin 4-person outdoor infrared sauna

  • Approximate assembled weight: 180kg.

  • The heater requires a dedicated hard-wired circuit specified and installed by a qualified electrician. It is not a plug-in appliance.
  • Use a stable, level base and keep the sauna clear of standing water.
  • Confirm the overall footprint, assembly access, electrical work and exterior timber-care requirements before preparing the site.

  • 200cm long × 86cm wide × 88cm high; approximately 900-litre capacity and 240kg empty weight.
  • Use a stable, level base suitable for the unit, water and users. Obtain appropriate structural advice where needed.
  • Provide water access, a safe drain route, servicing access and clear airflow around the chiller.
  • The chiller requires a dedicated 13A UK socket, weatherproof and RCD-protected outdoors. Do not use extension leads.
  • Regular water testing, treatment, filter care and water changes are required. Water-care consumables are purchased separately.
  • Confirm the current model-specific care instructions before ordering. Filtration does not replace ongoing water hygiene.

Delivery, installation and care

Delivery-only and optional installation are separate services. Recovery House remains your point of contact and coordinates with Outdoor Living 365 Ltd, the owner of SaunaPlunge, on fulfilment and technical support.

Installation is normally arranged within 2–6 weeks of order confirmation, subject to location, supplier availability and site readiness. This is a scheduling window, not the duration of the assembly work. Delivery-only timing and the delivery date are confirmed for the order.

Before placing an order, confirm the destination, access requirements, delivery method, installation scope and any location surcharge. Do not assume delivery-only includes carrying equipment into its final position, assembly, base work or electrical work. Accessory delivery charges are confirmed separately from equipment delivery.

For outdoor timber products, follow the current model-specific cleaning and treatment instructions. For the plunge, plan the cost and routine of water treatment, testing and filter care as well as the initial purchase.

Use sauna fragrances only as directed by both the fragrance and sauna manufacturers. Do not assume instructions for water poured over hot stones apply to infrared heaters. Follow the cleaner's current label and the bottle manufacturer's filling, cleaning and handling guidance.

Warranty and aftercare

SaunaPlunge products carry a 12-month manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Contact Recovery House first at hello@recoveryhousewellness.co.uk, with your order details and a description of the issue.

Outdoor Living 365 Ltd manages the manufacturer's assessment. For accepted warranty claims, it covers reasonable replacement-part costs and agreed remedial work. Technical support, spare parts and repairs may remain available after the warranty ends, subject to availability and possible charges.

This manufacturer warranty is additional to your statutory rights. Recovery House's responsibilities to consumers do not end simply because the manufacturer's warranty has expired.

How your order is coordinated

For SaunaPlunge orders, Recovery House shares the necessary customer contact and delivery details with Outdoor Living 365 Ltd to arrange fulfilment, delivery, installation where applicable, and aftercare. If site photographs or video are needed, we will explain what is required and why.

This planning guide does not confirm stock availability, reserve a unit or override any product-page restriction on orders or deposits. Current availability, final specifications and the terms for your order are confirmed before purchase.
