Using this website

By using this website, submitting an enquiry or placing an order, you agree to these terms together with the policies and product-specific information shown on the website or supplied with a quotation. Nothing in these terms affects rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

Products and specialist equipment

Recovery House supplies a curated range of recovery and wellness products. Some products may be available for normal online purchase, while specialist, high-value or installation-led equipment may be offered on an enquiry, consultation or quotation basis. Product availability, specifications, finishes, dimensions, lead times and supplier pricing can change. We will confirm material details before accepting an order for specialist equipment.

Images are intended to represent the relevant product accurately, but appearance can vary according to finish, screen display and manufacturer updates. Where dimensions, access requirements, utilities or site preparation are important, customers should rely on the final manufacturer or project specification confirmed for their order.

Prices and quotations

Website prices and quotations are stated in the currency shown and will indicate any applicable taxes, delivery, installation or other project costs where relevant. A quotation is not an accepted order until the acceptance and payment requirements stated in that quotation have been met. We may correct obvious pricing or description errors before accepting an order.

Orders and payment

Submitting an order or enquiry does not always mean that we have accepted the order. For specialist equipment, acceptance may depend on supplier availability, site suitability, delivery location, installation requirements and receipt of any required deposit or full payment. Where a supplier fulfils, delivers or installs a product directly, Recovery House will coordinate the customer relationship and share the information reasonably required for fulfilment.

Delivery and installation

Delivery and installation arrangements vary by product and supplier. Any stated date or lead time is an estimate unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, safe access and any site preparation, utilities, structural capacity or permissions identified in the confirmed specification. Additional charges may arise where access, site conditions or information differ materially from what was provided before fulfilment.

Cancellations and returns

Your cancellation and return rights depend on the product, the way it was purchased and whether it is standard, opened, installed, configured, personalised, made to order or supplied as part of a commercial project. Where UK consumer cancellation rights apply, they are not restricted by these terms.

Please contact Recovery House as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order. Specialist manufacture, supplier fulfilment, installation planning or dispatch may affect whether cancellation is possible and whether legitimate costs can be deducted where the law permits. Warranty and aftersales

Manufacturer and authorised-distributor warranties vary between products. The applicable warranty position will be shown on the relevant product page or confirmed before fulfilment where available. Recovery House remains the customer-facing point of contact unless a different support route has been clearly agreed. Specialist manufacturers or distributors may provide technical assessment, servicing, installation or warranty work directly.

Information on this website is provided for general product and wellness information. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment and should not be treated as a substitute for advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional. Customers are responsible for deciding whether a product is suitable for their circumstances and for following manufacturer safety instructions.

Intellectual property

The Recovery House name, website content and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party product names, trademarks, photography and technical materials remain the property of their respective owners and are used with permission or through authorised supply channels where applicable. You may not reproduce website content for commercial use without permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or statutory consumer rights. Subject to those protections, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the relevant contract was made or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

Privacy

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Where a manufacturer, distributor, delivery company or installation partner needs customer information to fulfil or support an order, we share only the information reasonably required for that purpose.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version applying to an accepted order is the version in force when that order was accepted, together with any product-specific or project terms expressly agreed with you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, this does not remove any mandatory protections or rights you have under the laws applicable where you live.
